Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (depending on your payment method)
Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
