At Noormaa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (depending on your payment method)

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
