Terms of Service – Noormaa

By accessing or purchasing from Noormaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Product Information & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We make every effort to display products accurately; however, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
  • We are not liable for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD orders may result in account restriction.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Orders may be canceled by the customer within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk may be canceled without explanation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other external factors.
  • Noormaa is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet only.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our website, including fraudulent orders, false claims, or abusive behavior.
  • Any attempt to harm the business, including fake return claims or chargeback abuse, may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Noormaa and is protected under applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Noormaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
